Physical Therapy for Aetna, UnitedHealthcare and Oxford Members in Midtown

Integrative Physical Therapy of NYC accepts most major commercial insurance plans for outpatient physical therapy, including Aetna, UnitedHealthcare (UHC), Oxford and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. Our office is at 370 Lexington Avenue, Suite 1212, one block from Grand Central.

Before your first visit, our billing team personally verifies your insurance plan and explains your benefits, including any copay or deductible, so you know what to expect.

Aetna

We accept most Aetna plan types. Meritain Health, an Aetna company that administers self-funded employer plans, is also accepted. If your employer offers an Aetna-administered plan under a different name, call us and we'll check it.

UnitedHealthcare and Oxford

We accept most UnitedHealthcare plan types, including employer-sponsored UHC plans. Oxford Health Plans, a subsidiary of UnitedHealthcare, is accepted at our office as well. We are also in-network with Surest.

Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield

Anthem is the new name for many Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, and we accept most Anthem and BCBS plan types, including Empire BCBS and out-of-state BCBS BlueCard plans.

Plans we don't accept

We do not accept Medicaid-based plans.

Do I need a referral?

Most commercial plans do not require a referral for outpatient physical therapy in New York. Some HMO plans, including certain Oxford and UHC HMO plans, may require a referral from your primary care physician. We'll confirm this when we verify your benefits.
