Thank you for considering us for your patients. We're a one-on-one physical therapy office at 370 Lexington Avenue, Suite 1212, one block from Grand Central.

Our team includes Dr. James Higgins, PT, DPT, an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), along with Dr. Frank Ruggiero, PT, DPT, Dr. Mackenzie Grillo, PT, DPT and Dr. LiliAnn Schramm, PT, DPT.

How to refer

What we treat

Orthopedic and sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and pain in the low back, neck, shoulder, hip, knee, foot and ankle.

How we work

  • Sessions are one-on-one, with an individualized program for each patient.

  • We verify each patient's insurance benefits before the first visit.

Insurance

We accept most major commercial insurance plans, including Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Oxford, UnitedHealthcare, Surest, Meritain Health and Medicare. We do not accept Medicaid-based plans.

Location and hours

370 Lexington Ave, Suite 1212, New York, NY 10017. Monday to Thursday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.
